“I know you have many choices when you are about to buy our Honda products. Our goal at Honda World, is to help make it easy for you to purchase our products and services, and to help your shopping at our dealership to be the best you've ever experienced.
We have teamed up with American Honda Motor Corporation and have created Salt Lake City's ONLY GENUINE HONDA FACTORY POWERHOUSE 5 dealership. Honda Powerhouse dealers sell only new Honda products. In addition, we have met certain requirements and commitment levels identified by American Honda as those most likely to enhance overall customer satisfaction with purchasing and owning your new Honda products. 
We have a few unconventional ways that we do business. Let me explain a couple of them and why we are different than many other dealerships. First our company follows a unique philosophy of working for our customers and living our lives at 212 DEGREES Everyday! Most stores feel ok with working for their customers at less than 200 degrees and some dealers even are "hot" at up to 210 degrees, but at 212 degrees water turns to steam, and when you can make steam you can power a locomotive and when you can power a locomotive, then you can do most anything for your customers! We try to live by this philosophy everyday we come to work. I think that is one of the reasons that we not only sell more Honda's than any dealer in Utah, but we also sell more Honda's than any other dealership in our entire surrounding 5 states.
We also have made the decision to CLOSE MONDAY's so we can have our "A" team here everyday we are open therefor helping our customers with the best full time employees that know you and your Honda's every time you come to our store. We don't hire inexperienced part time "high school" employees like many other stores do, just to cover the hours to open on Monday so we could do business 6 days a week. I don't think this is fair to our loyal customers. I do realize that it may sometimes be inconvenient on that rare occasion that you need to do business on Monday, but I have decided that to help our customers in the best possible way, and to keep the best employees in the country working at Honda World that it is best that we close every Monday and work late every other week day and all day on Saturday. We have made this decision so that we can help our customers in the same way that I would like to be served when I shop. I have made the decision that our employees deserve to have 2 days off each week so they can enjoy a quality of life and be with their families and so they can ride their Honda's too. Most Mondays our employees usually choose to invite our loyal customers and friends to go riding with them on their day off anyway, but it is their choice not mine, and I wouldn't have it any other way. Bottom line is, that I have made this decision after my 40 years of business experience because that is how I think we can serve our customers with the level of service that I think our customers deserve.
Whether you're buying a $1.99 spark plug or a $15,000 vehicle, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. I have over 40 years of experience at this store, serving customers just like you. I have three generations of the Perry family, and the best group of managers and employees in Salt Lake City to help meet our goal of satisfying you.
